Help with choice of Lucern hotel + Zurich capsule

How time flies

Will be flying to Switzerland next month

Can't wait!

Basically booked the Lucern 3 nights and I have 2 hotel options that is very similar in pricing and I am still struggling to choose the one or the other

Option 1 (Bettstatt-Neustadt)

Option 2: (ROESLI Guest House)

I mean Option 1 seem to have better review than Option 2 (despite option 1 looks very basic for the bedroom decor) while Option 2 is closer the Chapel bridge than Option 1. Both are very similar walking distance and pricing

I guess we want comfort and spacious since we will go out most of the day anyways, so I am thinking option 1

Also, has anyone stayed in Zurich Green Marmot Capsule Hotel before? If so, what were they experiences?

Any feedback would be greatly appreciated!

Roesli Guesthouse is closer to the Chapel Bridge and the old town. Bettstadt-Neustadt is located in a newer part of the town closer to the train station. The double rooms at Roesli Guesthouse are 20sqm and come with ensuite bathroom. The double rooms at Bettstatt- Neustadt are 10sqm and have shared bathrooms. So if you're looking for comfort and space, I think staying at Roesli Guesthouse make more sense. But this choice is really up to you. It's good to read the reviews to make an informed decision but sometimes they are not 100% reliable.

Regarding the Green Marmot Capsule Hotel in Zurich - I have no personal experience using it. But I think it's a practical alternative.
